The contact form on this website does not transmit data to any server automatically — it opens your own email client with a pre-filled message that you choose to send.

- Contracts, invoices and accounting records — for the period required by Latvian accounting and tax legislation (generally 5 years).
- Project materials and credentials — for the duration of the project; access credentials are deleted or returned after handover unless agreed otherwise.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with:
- service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. hosting, email and accounting service providers) under appropriate data processing terms;
- banks and payment institutions for executing payments;
- state authorities where required by law.
