Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and describe the general conditions under which Veltrix Systems SIA ("Veltrix Systems", "we", "us") provides web development services. Specific projects are always governed by an individual written Service Agreement signed by both parties; in case of any conflict, the Service Agreement prevails.

02/Services and prices

We provide website development services in three fixed-price packages:

Multi-Page Corporate Website	€1,200.00	CMS-based corporate website: architecture, CMS integration, core sections ("About Us", "Services", "Contacts"), basic SEO code optimization.
Web Platform / E-commerce Website	€1,950.00	Turnkey multi-functional website: custom design, catalog, payment gateway or analytics API integration, testing, transfer of exclusive code rights.

Prices are fixed, expressed in euros. Veltrix Systems SIA is not registered as a VAT payer; VAT is therefore not applied (0%). Any features outside the agreed scope require a separate written amendment or change order with its own price.

03/Ordering process

• You contact us with a project description; we respond with a proposed scope.
• The parties sign a Service Agreement defining the scope, price and obligations.
• We issue an official electronic invoice for the agreed amount.
• Work is performed and the result is deployed and handed over as agreed.

04/Payment terms

• Payment is made as a single, one-time flat fee by bank transfer, based on the official electronic invoice issued by us.
• The invoice is payable within 5 (five) business days from the date of issue, unless the Service Agreement states otherwise.
• The invoice number must be used as the payment reference.
• In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend active development, deployment or support services without liability, and to apply late payment interest of 0.5% of the overdue balance for each consecutive day of delay.

05/Client obligations

• To deliver all necessary content (texts, logos, imagery, copy) within 5 business days of signing the Service Agreement.
• To provide valid FTP/SFTP, SSH or hosting control panel access credentials for deployment.
• To review drafts promptly and provide structured, consolidated feedback to avoid delivery delays.

06/Intellectual property

• Upon full receipt of the invoice payment, all proprietary intellectual property rights, ownership titles and copyright interests in the unique visual design and custom code created for your project transfer completely to you.
• For the Web Platform / E-commerce package, this includes the transfer of exclusive software code rights.
• We retain the right to feature anonymized visual screenshots or conceptual elements of completed projects in our commercial portfolio, corporate website or generalized promotional case studies.
• Until full payment, all rights to the work remain with Veltrix Systems SIA.

07/Confidentiality

Each party holds in confidence all confidential documents, server access parameters, personal identifiers, business plans and proprietary information disclosed by the other party during a project. This obligation survives the completion of the project.

08/Liability

• We perform services with professional care, industry skill and diligence, delivering code and design that match contemporary web standards.
• We are not liable for the operation of third-party services (hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms) or for changes those services make to their own APIs and terms.
• The information on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer; binding terms are fixed in the individual Service Agreement.
• Our total aggregate liability related to a project is limited to the amount actually paid for that project, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

09/Use of this website

The content of this website (texts, design, graphics, code) belongs to Veltrix Systems SIA unless stated otherwise and may not be copied for commercial purposes without our written consent. You may browse and share links to the website freely.

10/Governing law and disputes

These Terms and all Service Agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The parties first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiations; if no resolution is reached, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable procedural law.
